Old internal address in Exchange/Outlook remains after change of exchange server

We have recently retired the old SBS 2003-server with Exchange, and replaced it with a brand new one with SBS Server 2011 (Win 2008 server and Exchange 2010).

No migration was done, except export to pst and in the new envirenment, importing the pst for every single user.

The internal domain name has changed, from olddomain.local to newdomain.local.

We have one problem. When a user reply to an old email, orginally sent in the old system/domain, the receiver address goes to old domain:
/O=OLDDOMAIN/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=PETER

A user can delete "Peter Jonsson" from address field and enter it again to get the correct adress, but it is annoying.

Are there a simple solution to this problem?
