Ops,
think I made a mistake. First part of command was for Exchange 8.3, so that is 2007.
Have you configured Outlook clients to connect via OutlookAnywhere on both fast and slow networks,so that they use it all the time?
PS:
On exchange 2007 you wrote: ExternalHostname : webmail.comakeit.in
On exchange 2013 you wrote: ExternalHostname : inhysinmail2.comakeit.in
is this correct? do you have both those names in public DNS?
PS: What Outlook version and service pack do you have? write down version number..
Supported versions are..
•Outlook 2013
•Outlook 2010 SP1 with November 2012 Cumulative Update ( available from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2687623 )
•Outlook 2007 SP3 with November 2012 Cumulative Update ( available from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2687404 )
Regards,
Ivan.

Hi,
As per this document
http://silbers.net/blog/2014/01/22/exchange-20072013-coexistence-urls/
Outlook Anywhere – (Proxy) All OA connections, both 2007 mailboxes and 2013 mailboxes will now connect via the 2013 CAS. 2013 will proxy connections back to 2007 for legacy mailboxes. The externalHostName for both 2013 and 2007 should be the same, (webmail.domain.com). Exchange 2007 does not support “Negotiate” authentication (See image below). Therefore the externalClientAuthenticati onMethods should be configured to match whatever is configured for 2007, either Basic or NTLM. For OA to proxy from 2013 to 2007, the IISAuthenticationMethods on 2007 must be reconfigured to support both Basic and NTLM. By default, Exchange 2007 IISAuthenticationMethods is set to just Basic. NTLM must be added for the proxy to work.

Set-OutlookAnywhere –Identity “Ex2007\Rpc (Default Web Site)” –IISAuthenticationMethods Basic,NTLM
for both exchange servers I used the webmail.comakeit.in

Hi,
well..it does not show to be the same as per first article, that is why I asked :)
Maybe you don't have required updates for Outlook?

Hi,
just for testing sake, do you have any Outlook 2010 or 2013 in company? Can you install trial version of Outlook 2013 and try to connect. Just to see if it is Outlook specific problem or configuration problem.
Have you configured Autodiscoverservice?
Can you check.. Get-ClientAccessServer |fl identity, autodiscoverservi ceinternal uri

Hi,
When I run the Get-OutlookAnywhere in exchange 2007 server it is not showing the InternalHostname in Exchange 2013 and i can not set that using the command set-Outlook because it is throwing an error 'A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name InternalHostname' . As per my understanding ( i may be wrong ) In exchange 2007 Server outlookAnywhere there is no option available for InternalHostname.
when i run the command Get-OutlookAnywhere it is showing the internal and external hostname
ServerName : INHYSINMAIL2
SSLOffloading : True
ExternalHostname : webmail.comakeit.in
InternalHostname : webmail.comakeit.in
But it is showing an empty field for internalHostname when it displays the details of Exchange server 2007
ServerName : INHYVSINMAIL1
SSLOffloading : True
ExternalHostname : webmail.comakeit.in
InternalHostname :
When i run command you have given i got the following warring message
WARNING: The command completed successfully but no settings of 'INHYSINMAIL2\Rpc (Default Web Site)' have been modified.
i am searching for the solution from the morning all the settings seems to be fine but outlook any where is not working.

Hi,
I found a strange thing with the outlook setup. If I specify the Domain controller IP as the Microsoft Exchange server name in outlook configuration wizard and provided the login credentials of the mailbox , based on the location of the mailbox (whether it belongs to Exchange 2007 or exchange 2013) outlook automatically changes the Exchange server name. But this is not happening when i specify the exchange server name as webmail.comakeit.in
is this problem with my DNS settings ?

Please close this question.
you did not set up Outlook Anywhere internal name. Command is like:
[PS] C:\>Set-OutlookAnywhere -InternalHostname mail.spriggan.in.rs -InternalClientsRequireSsl
or to set up for internal and external:
1. Internal: [PS] C:\>Get-OutlookAnywhere | Set-OutlookAnywhere -InternalHostname mail.domain.com –InternalClientAuthenticat
2. External: [PS] C:\>Get-OutlookAnywhere | Set-OutlookAnywhere -ExternalHostname mail.domain.com –ExternalClientAuthenticat
Regards,
Ivan.
