I looked at the matrix and it's supported with Exchange 2013 sp1 and later<br />

I have O2016 working on a 2010 box.<br />
Only issue is you must have your autodiscover records together as you can no longer manually connect to the Exchange box.

I've reviewed some documents to verify. &nbsp;I am however seeing conflicting information. &nbsp;<br />

This TechNet document does not list Outlook 2016 as a compatible version.<br />
