Quickbook enterprise Server error 1000

Hello,
All of a sudden over the last couple of days quick books enterprise edition 7 keeps crashing on windows 2008 R2 Remote desktop Server with the following error. We have been running this successfully for over a year.

QB quits on random files each time. Please explain downgrading procedure.
I should also mention QB is being run on a Remote Desktop server. All other applications on that Server are fine.
