Troubleshooting voip service
A client has a phone system from vocalocity. in the last week, audio is garbled. They've had the system for a couple years with no problems.
No problems we know of on the LAN / no changes.
Comcast was out there and said they are getting 100Mbps at the modem
At the desktops, running speedof.me, they get about 30Mbpc
Running pingtest.net, they get 5ms of jitter and a line quality of A
doing a tracert to the vocalocity server shows the attached drawing. repeated tests 'time out' at the 2nd hop. Is taht just cause something isn't replying to the pings?
any other advice to check?
