Restore Sony Viao to factory settings

I have a Sony Viao (Model SVT151A11L) which came with Windows 7.
Later I upgraded it to Windows 8/8.1 and then Windows 10.

Now I want to go back to Windows 8.1 but the restore option only shows Windows 10 restore.
Any suggestions if I can get a recovery disk or do something else?

Upgrade to Windows 10 leaves you a chance to revert back to previous version during 1 month. After that this feature goes. If you did not take backup before upgrading then you can only restore to Windows 7 which is in factory backul capsule or on dvd drives which you received from Sony.
When you start your sony do you get there any message like pressin F key to start recovery or test utility of sony?

Maybe I can use Windows 8.1 ISO for the recovery.
And then download SONY VIAO utilities online.
