Bing, thank you for responding.  I'm given the task to implement a security test and management lab and I would like to know whether any of you have worked within a "Risk Management Framework (RMF)" before?  In the near future, if I have any questions, could I rely on the folks here to answer them.  I believe this site will be helpful.

If I will to add my comments on this is that there will be minimally the domain of security is looked at various experts and in event if any question will be "neglected" the EE oversight will kick in to seek more EE to contribute. Even as an author for the question, you can click  on "Request attention" too. The good that you can contribute is by giving more info on your query as you start asking question and interacting with the EE so that they can better address your concerns instead of going broad base...which I try to understand in the initial start on your question. Hope it helps

btan, thank you for your comment and suggestion.  Actually I have the question wrong and will be closing it shortly.  Now that I have the  correct question, I did do a search; my comment is that there was a lot of people asking the same question and so I have lots of site to go investigate.  I might in the near future come back with the Cyber Security question, but like you said; I'll search first.
