However .. being a newbie to Access and code, could you tell me how to insert this please?<br />

The field in question is called Date of New Visit - do I have to direct the code to this field in order for the date entered to be transferred or does it pick up ANY date? If so, then I have a problem as there are other dates in the database that need to entered but not put into a calendar<br />
<br />

I have a database in Form View do I need to right click anything in there? Do I need to right click the field in table view? Im not sure ....<br />

Entered the code ... changed the parameters for the appointment data etc.<br />

When will the appt go into Outlook, upon saving or upon closing the database?<br />
