Macro for displaying all the email folders in Outlook 2010 type combobox

Is there a VBA where we can see all the folders of all PST loaded in our Outlook 2010 apps in a combobox fashion?  Due to screen size we need to see all folders at any particular time but need would like to type the first letters and have the FolderName appear.

There is a commercial product that allows you to list all Outlook folders in a flat list and enables you to search folders by typing part of their names. I don't think you'll find a macro for this complex task.

We don't want a commercial product for this; we are still searching....
