how do you interpret CBS.log?

I ran sfc /scannow on a Win10 pc.  It came back and said some corrupt files were not able to be fixed.  Details are in the CBS.log.  I opened the log file, but it is huge!  How do you find the evil stuff, and then how do you fix it?

You can get the file from this website. It won't let me attach it here.

Any danger in downloading their FixDLL tool?
Zac Harris

I would just get the one file. The tool may be harmless. That site is pretty reliable but you don't want to get into a situation where you install something that scans your system and then wants you to pay for the fixes.

Now the big question.... This file is in 30 different places on my hard drive.  Do copy this file to all those places?
