I ran sfc /scannow on a Win10 pc. It came back and said some corrupt files were not able to be fixed. Details are in the CBS.log. I opened the log file, but it is huge! How do you find the evil stuff, and then how do you fix it?
found Amd64\UNIDRVUI.DLL. where do you download that from?

running these commands
1. Press Windows key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin).
2. Type the below commands. Press Enter after each command.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
I would just get the one file. The tool may be harmless. That site is pretty reliable but you don't want to get into a situation where you install something that scans your system and then wants you to pay for the fixes.
