Proper way to update Exchange 2010 to latest updates and SP
I have a exchange server on version 14.3.123.4 (control panel programs version)/Shell command file version(14.03.0123.004) and it needs to be updated to the latest SP. I have the link below that shows the latest but I need to know if I can just install the latest SP 3 without any other pre-reqs. Any help is appreciated!

Sooo. I'm on SP3 apparently and need to install Update Rollup 12 for Exchange Server 2010 SP3 to be the latest. Can I just download and install this? Thanks! quick points for someone here.
