"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I'm not familiar with all of the Teradata settings but this should cover most of it at least:

CREATE TABLE PRD_DWH_QT_XREF.s_xref_data
(
	material_no_ref VARCHAR(14) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY,
	comp_code_ref			VARCHAR(3) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS,
	comp_sku_condensed_ref	VARCHAR(30) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS,
	match_type_code_ref		VARCHAR(2) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS,
	quantity_correction		DECIMAL(14,6),
	comment					VARCHAR(250) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS
)
