on my ipad, so cannot look at the database now but I would start out with:<br />

1. &nbsp;Is the application quitting, or just closing those forms?<br />
2. &nbsp;Is there code in the Close event of frmCustomers which would close other forms when that form closes?<br />
3. &nbsp;What is the sequence that these forms are opened in?<br />
4. &nbsp;Do you have in &quot;inactivity monitor&quot; which checks for form activity? &nbsp;If so, could that be responsible for the other forms closing?<br />

5. &nbsp;You might try adding a debug.print &nbsp;line in the close event of each of those other forms, and then put a breakpoint on that line. &nbsp;Then, when you close frmCustomers you would be able to determine if some code embedded somewhere in the application is responsible for closing those forms.

In this Access Database when I close "frmCustomers" while "frmLotDetails" and "frmLots" are open they close automatically when "frmCustomers" is closed.
