In the skteer example, I switched cells, but still should not make a difference.<br />

A date is in K11 and the =now() formula is in L11. &nbsp;The formula is in K12.

In the DATEDIF function, the first argument required is the StartDate and and second argument required is the EndDate. Obviously StartDate should be less than the EndDate.<br />
In the example you have shown it's not the case so you got an error with the formula.<br />
Please read my answer in post ID: 41483365 where you can see the year portion of the date in bold.<br />
