Rearrange frmTaskDetails to make it more understandable and add buttons to maintain my contacts

Are you talking about frmTaskDetails? If so the frmContacts has Add, Edit and Delete buttons and isn't that what you want on frmTaskDetails?

When the "Transfer to Rtf"pi button is clicked, do you want it to replace the data in Reminder Details or do you want it to append the contact information to what's already in Reminder Details?

erase & replace it  with new data
