Not sure, why I have chosen this method, it was something someone wrote for a me a long time ago.<br />

Using Gmail for the domain emails. Not using the SMTP server for anything else except site sending emails (doesnt work on other sites either)<br />

I do have access to the server, where might I find the Log, I cant see anything for SMTP in Event Viewer, how ever i do see errors for ASP<br />

hmmm I can not see any SMTP Service in IIS6 Manager (this is maybe why?)<br />

cant find the log files either...<br />

I just reinstalled SMTP server, now showing up in IIS, however whenever i try to run an email script it times out<br />

Also, you'll need to config the SMTP service. &nbsp;Check to see if the service is logging.<br />

Those are the solutions that I like best! &nbsp;;-)<br />

I've looked at the code above, it looks fine. &nbsp;If you were to switch 2 lines &amp;&nbsp;add 1 more you would send directly via SMTP, if so desired.<br />
<br />
On the SMTP Service side, I would be careful about how open the SMTP service/relay is. &nbsp;If this service can be reached from the outside, its a concern. &nbsp;I would lock down what systems can relay thru the service. &nbsp;Limit it to the localhost and the local server IP. &nbsp;Definitely enable SMTP logging (all fields) and look at the logs on a regular basis.<br />
