Test with one user and see if setting the indexer database locally (c:\users\%username%) fixes the issue. &nbsp;Roaming profiles usually causes issues like this.

I have a Win 2008 R2 RDS Server with Roaming Profiles. When a user logs in the windows search indexer runs and eventually finishes, but if they logoff then login again the indexer starts at zero items.<br />
