I just need to add a new adminstrator to our Cisco CallManager

We have a Cisco CallManager and we just hired a new employee that will assist us in administering it. All of us can log into the CallManager with our active directory accounts. How can I add the new user to our CallManager? We are using version 10.5.2.

So in Call Manager go to the tab User Management, select End User, then find the user that you want to give the admin access to.

Scroll down to permissions information.
Click on Add to Access Control Group
Then find the group called Standard CCM Admin User and select it.

Then save everything and you should be good to go.

All you have to do is log into CUCM as an admin, go to User Management and Select "End User"
From there search for the user and select the one you want to give admin rights to.
Scroll to the bottom of their configuration and you will see a button to add to Access Control Group.
Add them to the appropriate admin groups you setup and they will have the ability to administer CUCM. If you are unsure about what group(s) to add them to, just check the admin profile and use that as a template.
