Cisco PIX is a dedicated hardware firewall appliance; the Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) is a firewall and anti-malware security appliance that provides unified threat management and protection the PIX does not. Other Cisco devices and systems include routers, switches, storage networking, wireless and the software and hardware for PIX Firewall Manager (PFM), PIX Device Manager (PDM) and Adaptive Security Device Manager (ASDM).

From there search for the user and select the one you want to give admin rights to.
Scroll to the bottom of their configuration and you will see a button to add to Access Control Group.
Add them to the appropriate admin groups you setup and they will have the ability to administer CUCM. If you are unsure about what group(s) to add them to, just check the admin profile and use that as a template.
