Great Plains performance issue with generating reports.

Hi,

I wonder if you can help me guys on this. We use at our company, Great Plains 2015 with the database installed on a SQL Server 2014.
The application reach at maximum 13 clients and the check up on the server was made (ram, processor utilization, networking and so
on..) We have two site (Quebec and Montreal) linked by 1 Gbps connection speed which I think is plenty enough.

But the issue here is at Quebec, the application seems to run very slow and it's even slower when it comes time to produce some
report on the screen (it can take up to 30 min easily).

Is there something I've missed out ?
