Move Microsoft Dynamics GP database to another server in safe mode.

Currently the production server that hosts the Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Database has crashed and will only boot up in safe mode. I need to move the database over to a new server, but I cannot start the SQL services to execute commands to export the database or its users. How will I be able to move the database over to the new server? I appreciate the assistance! Thank you.

Steve, Thank you so much for getting back with me. That was what I was thinking, that I could just attach it on the new server, but with the way SQL is, I know that it's touchy if you dont do things the way it wants you too. I will go ahead and try this and let you know how it works out and if it solved the problem. Thank you very much.
