SBS2007 Exchange 2007 Database StorageLimits

I had all my SBS 2008/Exchange 2007 Services go down over night and come back up and in the Event Viewer there is an Information Event ID: 1216 on Storage Limits: It reads that: " The Exchange store " First Storage Group\Mailbox Database' is limited to 250GB. The current physical size of this database (the .edb file) is 91GB. if the physical Size of this database minus its logical free space exceeds the limit of 250GB, the database will be dismounted on a regular basis.

Is there anything I need to do?

if the Database is 91GB we have 223GB free space on the drive
