To be able to decide between them; <br />
* how many users on remote office?<br />
* how good is WAN connectivity? <br />
* do they run video conferencing at remote office? <br />

the SBA only gives them PSTN survivability, so SfB client can still call using PSTN - but no presence or IM.<br />
Also - video conferencing will always go through Front End - so if 3 users at remote office do a video conference - you'll have 3 video streams from main office to remote office. if it is 2user video, and not a conference - then they'll try P2P

They are on a fiber network, i dont know the exact bandwidth<br />
They will be utilizing video conferencing, presence and IM<br />

Based on what I have been researching, the SBA is not that way to go. We will most likely put a full standard server at that location.
