New Smartphone Calendar Items Do Not Appear in Exchange using Activesync
We recently migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. All of our desktop clients use Outlook 2010 running on Windows 7. Now, for many people, putting a calendar entry on their Smartphone doesn't get replicated back to their Outlook calendar. They can place a calendar entry on their Outlook calendar and it will show up on their device, just not vice versa.
I have attempted to start the Calendar Repair Service on one of our Exchange server mailboxes, but I can't tell it is running or has ever actually run.
Any ideas are welcome.
