I have a win 7 machine and I followed the prompts for installing windows 10. at the time I installed 32 bit. I got more ram (now total of 6GB) and want to install win 10 64 bit.

Download the media creation tool, create a 64 bit usb setup drive or a 64 bit setup dvd, install and skip entering the key. It will activate on its own when done.
