Dell #XPS-27 2720 All-in-One Computer

Dell #XPS-27/2720 All-in-One Computer

“Screen became Pink & Computer Smells of Electrical-Smoke”

I have Serviced Computer as Follows:
Observed Pink distorted video on POST and after boot
Determined LCD Converter Board is failing
Replaced Failing Dell XPS 27 2720 LCD-Board
Did not resolve issue
Replaced Dell XPS 27 2720 LCD (entire LCD w/ digitizer)
Did not resolve issue

External video out is normal color / tone So I think it is not CPU ( no GPU)
not ram and not Motherboard

Could LVDS 1 or 2  cables be issue or ?

that is Always possible - you inspected and reseated them of course?
there is still a slight chance it is the GPU (motherboard), namely the output to the LCD

Inspected them visually yes and of course reseated ram and all cables, It is like It am missing a color stream for lack of a better term ie I have red and yellow but no blue so screen looks pink.
yes )- it can be a bad contact in the cables or connector, so reseat them at least for testing
inspect them also visually  -could be a broken wire
Well I replaced both LVDS Cables with known good cables
same issue
