Restricting Inbound Calls to Call Manager 11.x CUCM

Can I block incoming calls to specific DNs?  I know I can control the out going but not sure how to handle incoming.  For example I have a range of DIDs 0200-0299 that CUBE will forward to CUCM, but perhaps I don't want 0211 and 0232 getting external calls.

My flow is as follows: ITSP---SIP---CUBE---SIP---CUCM---IP Phone

If you get more specific with your dial-peers on incoming called-number or destination patterns, just leave those 2 out.
Or if the carrier is sending you 10 digits, just build a translation pattern in CUCM for those specific DIDs and block this pattern.
