MS Excel VLookup

I have a vlookup which has stopped working until you hit save.

How do i change it to automatically lookup or tab to the next cell?

The workbook is shared and so I need to protect this setting.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

And will this stay with the worksheet or will it change for every user?
Professor JMicrosoft Excel ExpertCommented:
if you change the setting to this workbook and save it then anyone opens the workbook. it will have the same setting on this workbook. meaning the calculation mode wil be automatic for any user opening this shared workbook. unless someone intentionally changes the calc method back to manual and saves it.
