Skype for Business Server?
I have a client with a central office here in Atlanta, and 4 (soon to be 5) satellite offices in different states.
They have a meeting every Monday, for which they are currently using GoToMeeting. But, I am curious, would Skype for Buisness (formerly Lync?) be a good alternative?
Ideally, they would want to have virtual presence in these meetings i.e., it's like everyone is in the same room.
Has anyone implemented this, and what can you tell me about it?

Can you tell me a little bit about what you've got setup? Do I need to setup a separate server for this? (I have a separate box for Exchange for this customer, and their DC is on a box by itself).
I am thinking I would need to setup another server for this, or would it be OK being served from the DC?
