Always a server of its own. You should avoid at all costs installing any software on a Somali. Controller that is not security or domain connectivity related.

They have a meeting every Monday, for which they are currently using GoToMeeting. But, I am curious, would Skype for Buisness (formerly Lync?) be a good alternative?<br />

Ideally, they would want to have virtual presence in these meetings i.e., it's like everyone is in the same room.<br />
