BlackBerry Service account is everywhere in my AD domain and Exchange Mailboxes ?
People,
Can anyone here please assist me with what isthe safest way to delete the account from my Active Directory ?
The BlackBerry server has been turned off and decommisisoned 3 years ago.
But when I go to AD Users & Computers, and right click on the domain.com root I can see in the security tab it is lsited there as well ?
and also DOMAIN\BESAdmin is always exist in all Exchange mailboxes:
Manage Send As permission
Manage Full Access permission
How to remove the permission altogether safely without causing email flow outage issue ?
Thanks.

@simon and everyone,
The BESAdmin account has been granted at the root domain.com of my AD.
So I suppose I can just remove it during the bsuiness hours with no issue.
