Although there're other problems occurred , I followed the instruction and it could check name with underline,however I can't start outlook then.<br />

Outlook 2007 , Windows 7 64bit Home<br />
Exchange 2010 SP3 , DNS : 192.168.0.6 <br />
When I'm in the company , connecting to the network , my outlook works with no problem .<br />
If DNS of my network interface is set to : 192.168.0.6 . ( DC ,GC, DNS SERVER)<br />
I can add another exchange account to outlook with no problem<br />
However,when I set the DNS to 8.8.8.8 or others,I can't add another exchange account.<br />
I chose manually set up exchange account , when I click check name button , it said:

The action cannot be completed. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.

If I change dns to 192.168.0.6 , it can resolve the name with underline with no problem.<br />
Weird part is if I set the DNS to 8.8.8.8 , my already-created exchange account works without problems.<br />

How to resolve this problem . I can't add exchange account when I'm outside my company . ( Not connect to VPN)
