Today, I went to the x and I run the final test for unit 403. I bridged the high power Wi-Fi AC1900 range extender directly to the router in the management office downstairs. It was a success. The range extender was able to broadcast a sufficient signal into the closet to make the sensor to report immediately to the portal. <br />
<br />
Note that the range extender should be mounted between the two windows in front of the management office in order to repeat properly the signal to unit 403.<br />
<br />
I have attached a screenshot that show the successful connection of the sensor to the portal.<br />
<br />
In summary, we need 3 Range extenders. 2 for the unit 418 and one for the unit 403.<br />
<br />
Please let me know when they arrive and I will schedule the installation.<br />
