Windows 10 Tiles behaving strange
Please look at the attacked file.
Why is my tiles behaving so strange with text in it ? (Marked with green)
When i press a Tile, it wont open - it is destroyed!
I have runned a malware + virus scanning = Nothing found.
I have runned a "SFC /Scannow"
I have tried this command in powershell :

Hmm! When i create a new local user I get the error :
User profile can not be loaded
So somthings wrong!

do a system restore to a date it was ok

Use the disk manufacturer's tool for the check.

No system restore point is available :( Stupid Thing.
SSD check = O.K - > No failures!
Think the only thing is to reinstall

Ok, I administer windows like forever. Never have I seen a system where creating users was impossible, nor have I read from it and I read a lot, every day. It's hard to say what is wrong, but instead of reinstalling, do an inplace upgrade to repair things.
if nothing works - it may be better to start with a fresh install (don't forget to backup)
