ok the reason you have that is that you created your pivot table from the powerpivot two different tables.<br />
<br />
your row labels are from &quot;Table&quot; which only has the 33 count of Unique Ref IDs<br />
<br />
now the SUM value is taken from the November1415 table and it has 200 unique Ref IDs <br />
<br />
now with the relational table you created pivot table when amount from November1415 is not found in your Table Refs as you put in Row lable it will show blank becuase it cannot find those values of November1415 into Your table Refs

I understand what you are saying but I've copied the ref column from both tables into excel and run a vlookup which shows 194 ref matches between the two tables. This means only 6 refs are missing from the &quot;table&quot; table??<br />
