SQL 2008, management studio, intellisense doesn't work

I am an occasional SQL coder, not familiar, can't remember all stored procedures. Everytime I code T-SQL, I have to google and find stored procedure names. So, I need intellisense which brings up stored procedure names and expected parameters in SMS.

For example, when I type 'sp_sen', I expect SMS bring up 'sp_send_dbmail'. And when I type 'sp_send_dbmail @', I expect it bring up list of parameters such as profile_name,recipients, etc.

Why it doesn't bring up the intellisense in query editor window? I checked Tools/Options/Text Editor, all related options are enabled for intellisense.
I also tried to refresh local cash in Editor/Intellisense/Refresh Local Cache, it doesn't work.
