First of all, let me applaud you for such a fine solution. Â It absolutely works. Â My previous comment was from the following result I had this morning.
 There IS a solution for this and the problem may not exist on your computer, OS, browser or your internet provider.  Mine happens to be Time Warner and they can be buggy on certain things.  For example, PayPal transactions do not play nice sometimes on TW.
