How to redirect traffic to my server?

Hi Experts ,

I bought a domain from hosting company . Now i want to configure  my  server to redirect traffic from domain name  to my server files in order to load my website . Is there any kind of tutorial or material available for this or any step by step instruction to configure IIS . It would be help full for us  .

Details We have
Domain name & IP , DNS Address , Using windows server 2008 small business edition .

I setup the new website but its not loading when i load my site using domain name am getting error as
The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the ISAPI and CGI Restriction list settings on the Web server.

Its the router is not configured Correctly . so pls check with before you go for DNS
