I have Adobe Reader 9.0 and want to shrink the file size. The resize file size is not there in 9.0. &nbsp;I do NOT want online web sites to shrink the file size for obvious reasons. A lot of the tools/software on SourceForge have adware tracking. I have Windows 8.1. Any free utility is appreciated.<br />
