Create multiple rows from columns

I have a 2010 excel file that will include multiple rows with data in Cols A-DD. I need a macro that will create multiple rows from each row in the following manner (using Row 1 as an example):

1 - the data in Row 1 Cols A-L (inclusive) is to be copied to Row 1 in a new worksheet
2 - the data in Row 1 Cols M-N is to be copied to Cols M-N in Row 1 in new worksheet
3 - the data in Row 1 Cols A-L is to be copied to Row 2 in new worksheet
4 - the data in Row 1 Cols O-P is to be copied to Cols M-N in Row2 in new worksheet
5 - the data in Row 1 Cols A-L is to be copied to Row 3 in new worksheet
6 - the data in Row 1 Cols Q-R is to be copied to Cols M-N in Row3 in new worksheet
7 - repeat the 2-step sequence above until the last two cols (DC-DD) have been copied

Repeat above sequence until all original rows have been processed. Pls see attached Excel file for existing and desired data formats.
