The user has complained that email appears on the iPhone but not on the Mail program. &nbsp;Their solution is to restart the computer, and then the missing messages appear.<br />

This is an iMac with Mac OS X 10.9.5 &nbsp; &nbsp;It is set to never go to sleep. &nbsp;They often leave it on 24 hour a day. &nbsp; <br />

Yesterday I ran &quot;MainMenu Pro&quot; which, among other things, cleans caches, checks the mail index, runs Mac OS X maintenance.<br />
I just switched on &quot;Enable Power Nap&quot; &nbsp;But I would think that if it is set to never sleep that the Power Nap wouldn't matter.<br />

Yesterday I ran "MainMenu Pro" which, among other things, cleans caches, checks the mail index, runs Mac OS X maintenance.
I just switched on "Enable Power Nap"  But I would think that if it is set to never sleep that the Power Nap wouldn't matter.
