Unable to Delete Albums on iPhone

On the iPhone itself I deleted some music albums. But when I plug the iphone into my PC Win 7 - if I click on my iphone it still shows the music as if it were still on the iphone. I tried right clicking on these songs to try and delete them but I just get Play, Get Info, Show in iTunes Store, New Station from song or artist. Any thoughts how I can get these on the same page?
