if the offline Outlook file was used then you don't need to worry too much. just delete local accounts if any, then re-add them back, Outlook will then download all emails and folders from the server again.

If the user's inbox isn't available just on that computer, re-adding the account just as Bing CISM suggested would be the best route. &nbsp;(Considering there hasn't been any unusual activity involving the server, this would be the best fix). <br />

If the user isn't even able to log into their inbox, there may in fact be something wrong on the exchange level (disabled mailbox, damaged database). In either of these cases, there are a number of options for restoring parts or the entirety of exchange.

It depends whether you want to restore data from Outlook offline file (OST), or you want to restore mailbox data from Server. Check local OST file on your computer (if it isn't opening, repair it using ScanPST), or access your EDB file on server and restore the user's mailbox data. Also check that retention period is enabled for how many days.
