O365 IMAP data copy

I'm planning on cutting over from IMAP emaIL to O365 tomorrow night - 30 users approx.  I ran a data migration from the IMAP server last night which went fine.  I was wondering though, if I could re-migrate tomorrow night in order to grab the new messages that would have been received since the initial copy yesterday.  Will it duplicate existing messages, overwrote them, or is this even possible to do?  Any better suggestions certainly appreciated as well.

If office 365 has an IMAP service then you can use imapsync  ( http://ks.lamiral.info/imapsync/ )

It all depends how you are migrating the and what are you using to migrate it.

We use BitTitan MigrationWiz which does the full migration and afterwards do the delta migration which is just migrating the changes since last migration.

Not sure if manually migrating the items which cause duplicates.

But still I would like to know how you are migrating the mailboxes.
