O365 IMAP data copy

I'm planning on cutting over from IMAP emaIL to O365 tomorrow night - 30 users approx.  I ran a data migration from the IMAP server last night which went fine.  I was wondering though, if I could re-migrate tomorrow night in order to grab the new messages that would have been received since the initial copy yesterday.  Will it duplicate existing messages, overwrote them, or is this even possible to do?  Any better suggestions certainly appreciated as well.

Thanks
Tom

If office 365 has an IMAP service then you can use imapsync  ( http://ks.lamiral.info/imapsync/ )
