O365 Public Folders and Outlook

We have all O365 email accounts and would like to setup Public Folders for various projects. I have followed the O365 instructions in the link below but the Public Folders are not showing up in Outlook. In the office we are all running Outlook 2013 and 2016.

www.codetwo.com/kb/how-to-create-public-folders

Is there something I need to do to enable this view in Outlook or something else?

Thanks
