Hardware advice - Is my tablet worth repairing?

In  2013 I was given a Lenovo tablet that has since done very little work but suits one of my needs perfectly. Trouble is that it now needs a repair -(about $USD65 to repair a loose micro USB power connection) but I don't know whether it's worth repairing or I should replace it.

The unit has 2GB RAM and is running an Intel Atom CPU Z2760 processor @ 1.8 GHz with 48 GB storage supplemented by a 30 GB SD Card. It is running Windows 10 Pro and is equipped with MS Office Pro including MS Access (not transferable). It also has 3G Connectivity.
(Thinkpad Tablet 1838-22U [http://www.lenovo.com/psref/pdf/tabook_WE.pdf])

Can anyone tell me whether this is an absolute  low end unit that is well out of date or one that would cost a substantial amount to replace and may be worth the investment?

Thanks for the suggestions. I wish I was confident enough to try to repair it myself but I suspect that would spell the end of the machine.  Based on your comments I will get it repaired.  Thanks again
