while deleting vm got stuck on 30% i was not able to find the reason please guide me.

How long have you been stuck to that? If it is really taking long while, you can reboot the host, and try to remove the physical folder of the VM instead, using Admin account of the host.

I deleted one hour back still now no progress but i cannot reboot host it and what is physical folder ?
1) cancel the task
2) if u r not able to cancel the task then restart the Vcenter service it will get cancelled, then u can try deleting again

I mean the relevant path of the VM, within your host.
