Are there any file-based (or finder based) bookmark editors for the Mac - using Safari, Firefox, Chrome?<br />

Instead of using Safari's built in organizer, I would like to look at all of the bookmarks in the bookmark folder and be able to see them and create/delete folders, etc.<br />

I thought I used to be able to do this with IE in Windows, but maybe I am just imagining it.<br />
