OMS agent on Windows 2012 X64

Hi I have a Linux OMS with Linux targets attached and running with no issues, I'm trying to install the agent on Windows server targets so I can manage them from my OMS. I have followed the documentation and have installed the agent on a windows server but the agent service will not start, when I attempt to start it command line I get an error 1063, when starting it from the services window I get ERROR:1053
Any help would be appreciated.

What is in the oms.log file?

This should be under the sysman\log folder where you installed Oracle.

So I have the agent working, the issue was name resolution, so now I have an issue where the target is not seen in OMS under hosts, I can see the server under all targets and am able to click on it and see some metrics on that page, the only issue at this point is I don't see it is the summary or the hosts pages, any ideas?

Sorry but I'm not sure what screens you are referring to. I don't do much with OEM of any of the GUIs.

I do see where there hasn't been anything uploaded and nothing pending. Something on the agent side isn't collecting anything.
