Outlook 2010 Manual Archive Not Working
A client of Mine is using Outlook 2010 and Office365. They have ~38000 items in their deleted folder going back to 2011 and wanted to archive them. When I do a manual archive telling outlook to archive anything older than 2013, Outlook creates the archive folder but does not move any items. Is this because Outlook is not using received date but rather a different internal date?

If you are using an O365/Exchange Online account, the archive option will be replaces with In-Place archiving, which works a bit different. Can you provide the exact steps you are following?

In outlook 2010 we go to file->malbox cleanup -> and archive a selected folder based on date constraints.
