Move files to DropBox

I thought this was supposed to be easy.

See attached. Note the highlighted files on my computer on the left (Windows 10).

Note dropbox on the right.

I right click in the blue highlighted files & drag over to the File Folder image in Dropbox. Nothing happens.

How do I do this.

Thanks

Hi,

I notice some pretty large files there and depending on your account you may not have enough space in Dropbox to copy ALL of them, which is why it may be failing.

Try dragging across 1 or 2 of the smaller files to see if that works?.

If this still doesnt work try to upload some files using the upload icon from within the dropbox website rather than a drag and drop just to ensure your account is accepting uploads?

Cheers,

I was using 4.5 GB out of 3GB. I didn't see the red bar, meaning I was over used.

I upgraded, of course they wanted money, but now I have 1 TB

Thanks
I spoke too soon. It uploaded a few files (there are 52 files / folders). Now it's stuck. 38 left, been there about 15 minutes.

One of those days.
I managed to copy all the remaining files, but it can't copy folders?

Why?

I mean isn't this stuff pretty basic?
Crazy, you have to use Chrome to upload folders.
I'm glad you got it sorted!
Thanks, maybe it works better in England!!
