We are currently manually entering payroll information into QuickBooks for our employee's payroll.
Our company is about to use a 3rd Party software vendor to record an employee's Time Clock Punch In / Punch Out data.
We would then want to import this data into our QuickBooks Enterprise 2015 software to automatically create bi-weekly payroll.
The software vendor is understandably asking for a ".csv" file layout. This would show them the layout they need to create for a successful import from their file to be imported into QuickBooks.
I'm having difficulty in finding / creating / exporting this info from QuickBooks into the required .csv layout.
